Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason , unless there is a statutory exclusion of the right of withdrawal .

Cancellation period

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day,

on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or post).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires .

Consequences of the revocation

If you effectively cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs.
(excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will be issued no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires .

You are responsible for the return shipping costs .
Returns sent without postage due will not be accepted .

replacement value

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods .

In the case of damaged, incomplete or non-original packaging goods, we reserve the right to demand reasonable compensation for the value or to refuse the refund in whole or in part.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal – Perfume – Fragrance samples

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery .
(Art. 16 lit. e EU Consumer Rights Directive / Β§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB).

This applies in particular to:

  • Perfume (50 ml & 100 ml)

  • Extrait de Parfum

  • Fragrance samples (e.g. 5 ml)

Opened or unsealed perfumes and fragrance samples are completely excluded from the right of withdrawal.
This also applies if the product has only been tested or used once .

Right of withdrawal – Perfume accessories

Perfume accessories (e.g., pocket atomizers, storage boxes, or other accessories) are subject to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days , provided the goods:

  • unused

  • undamaged

  • complete

  • and in the original packaging

will be returned to us.

Signs of use, damage, missing parts or damaged packaging entitle the customer to compensation or refusal of return .

Damaged or incorrect delivery

Please check your order immediately upon receipt .

Damage in transit or incorrect deliveries must be reported immediately after delivery via email .
Your statutory rights, in particular warranty claims , remain unaffected .

Note regarding the small business regulation (Β§ 19 UStG)

All prices quoted are final prices .
According to Β§ 19 UStG, no value added tax is charged and therefore not shown .
