Shipping conditions

Shipping area

Shipping is within the European Union (EU) .
Shipping to countries outside the EU is not currently planned.

Shipping costs

For deliveries within the European Union, we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.99 per order .

Shipping costs are displayed transparently to the customer during the ordering process and are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Delivery time

Within Germany, the delivery time is usually 2-4 working days after the order has been shipped .

Outside of Germany (EU countries) , delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and are usually 4–8 working days .

In exceptional cases – especially during periods of high order volume, on public holidays or due to delays by the shipping service provider – delivery times may be extended.
In such cases, we will of course inform our customers promptly.

Shipping service provider

Shipping is handled by a shipping provider selected by us.

We have no influence on the actual delivery times of the shipping service providers.
We accept no liability for delays caused by the shipping service provider, unless these are due to intentional or grossly negligent conduct on our part.

Transfer of risk

In the case of consumers, the risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the goods only passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the customer or to a third party designated by him who is authorized to receive them.

Undeliverable shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer or due to non-acceptance and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the resulting additional shipping costs .

Damaged delivery

Should a delivery arrive visibly damaged, we kindly ask you to report the damage directly to the delivery person if possible and to contact us as soon as possible .

Your statutory rights, in particular warranty claims , remain unaffected by this.
