3. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer , but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order .

By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase .

The purchase agreement is concluded as soon as we confirm the order by email or ship the goods.

4. Prices and Payment

We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases .

We accept no liability for delays caused by shipping service providers or by circumstances beyond our control.

Product images and descriptions are for guidance only and may vary slightly.

The perception , intensity, longevity and development of a perfume are subjective and can vary from person to person.
Such deviations do not constitute a defect .

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal .

Details regarding the right of withdrawal, exclusions (especially for perfumes and fragrance samples ) and returns can be found in our separate cancellation policy , which is part of these terms and conditions.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

A claim only exists if a defect already existed at the time of delivery .
Natural wear and tear, improper handling, incorrect storage or purely subjective expectations do not justify a warranty claim .

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for:

  • Intentional or grossly negligent conduct

  • Injury to life, body or health

  • Claims under the Product Liability Act

In the case of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical contractual damage .

Furthermore, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full .
